    Kirvonte Benson to Transfer

I liked him but it's probably for the best. I'm not sure if he could have played this year. Gets Tech to the 85 scholarship limit.

He's gonna get his degree so good for him. He likely wouldn't have done much for us, coming back from an ACL injury into a loaded backfield so this isn't a huge loss for us. Good luck to him, etc.

3rd starting bback we lost in the last 2 yrs--Mills, Marshall, Benson--add that with very average recruiting and you wonder how we did as well as we did to some extent

My take is the last staff had no clue as to roster development and management. And I agree, the triple option won us many games in spite of our coaching staff being oblivious to how college football works.

Given this and the pedestrian performance of the RB's in the spring game, I believe Jamious Griffin will be in the mix for the starting job.

I hope so. I thought the backs that played in the spring game were solid but no game changers. I liked Malloy and Smith. Howard is going to be solid along with Mason.
