Are we looking forward to the spring game?

I know we usually don't see much except for some time with the new players on the field. I'm looking forward to seeing the new defense FWIW. It'll be interesting to see if we have any receivers this year, and what the status of our kicking and special teams is (sure do miss Butker).

I expect our D to be hit & miss in year 1 under Woody. Should be entertaining to watch though.

Like you, I'm interested in our PK. We absolutely can't afford to leave pts on the field this year. Last year's PK was embarrassing - should be major improvement at that spot.

I've never seen such low interest in spring football at Tech. Also, I'm not a big fan of a Friday night game. The crowd will really be small.

    Who are you talking too?

Everyone I've spoken is excited and looking forward to the seeing how the new defense will play. Others want to see how an experienced O-line will play after stumbling last year. Did the QB off season footwork make a difference? You have a loser attitude.

I thought the big story this spring was discovering the old swimming pool when doing the locker room renovations. Also, I got an email that Georgia Tech Athletics is supposed have a major announcement at 8AM on Friday.

For certain fans that probably is the big story. To each their own.

I'm pretty certain your referring to the new gold shade to be used in the logos and uniforms this year. They made it public this morning. Its a bit darker, more olive than gold. But it should be more visible on the uniforms because it's darker.
