Why is GT Winning This Season?

If you are wondering why Georgia Tech is playing good football this year and whether it will continue, relive the Paul Johnson UGA 2010 post game press conference. If you don't have time to watch the whole thing then just watch the first 45 seconds. That is a man with a long memory who absolutely hates losing..

man, i almost wish i hadn't watched that again. forgot just how daggum depressing it was to look at CPJ so frustrated and disgusted. we run 92 plays and had over 400 yards rushing but couldn't hold onto the friggin' ball. ugh, what a nightmare it all was.

Wow...you can see the disgust on his face. I am coming around to the idea that we will beat them this year.

count me in, too! actually, that end-of-the-year game is one you just can't peg either way. anyone on either side that's rock-hard ardent their team will win is kidding themselves. i say we give 'em hell and take it this year. but, they aren't gonna give it to us.

How can you say that? UGA has looked a lot worse than us against some mediocre talent( Ole Miss, Miss State, whoever they played in week 3) and they have already shown they aren't clutch in big games (USCe Boise). I'm not saying we're for sure beating them this year, but they haven't looked impressive at all this year and despite our competition, we're 5-0 with the best offense statistically in the country. I'd say its at worst 50/50, but I would think most people outside the state of UGA would give us at least a 60/30 edge against them right now.
