    How long before Pelton bolts?

This can't be good for the resume'. If he really is a quality coach and recruiter, and I believe he is, how long before you realize a stint at the Flats is hurting your professional development? You know he is already being asked privately, "what's up with all those players leaving the program? What kind of a deal are y'all running up there?"

Okay some will say I am piling on the option and I am I guess but if you are coaching the option and leave where do you go? how many folks after seeing you run the option will want you as a spread coach....now some can make the transition probably all of them but the resume will be kind of thin.Looks like the coaches who run the option end up taking guys with them..Dont blame them.If they ran a multiple type offense and wanted another job then okay but to me option football is hard way to get a new job.Can be done but bet its hard.
