Of course the combinations and permutations are there for someone to win it with even three losses. But realistically, are you on shaky ground if you lose two conference games? Obviously, 7-1 (or better) in the conference would be plenty strong. Six and two, you would be playing for a tie breaker, since it is not likely that all the other competition would have at least 3 losses. What are the real chances we could get through the season with just one ACC loss?
