It happens at other schools as well. But if there's another coach that happens to leave...Houston! We have a problem unless it's Sewak (which won't happen).

mack, your right about some of these things coming from left field.

Seems to be happening a lot more here....coaches leaving making pretty negative comments about coach and environment (well he was a bitter old man but still), WRs quitting - some even quitting football altogether, starting QB leaves, coach that just got a raise leaves with no other job lined up....maybe just maybe that bitter old man's comments about PJ had a bit of truth to it?

It does seem that way Helluva and if you are like me, I'm not worried what happens at other schools even though I posted it does happen.

From what I read, both coaches left for different reasons. Reasons we'll never know unless they (coaches) or the GTAA releases that info. It's been an unusual and interesting off-season to say the least.

Like the prophet Daniel, maybe these guys can see the handwriting on the wall. Get out there and find a new job, without continuing to degrade their resumes as being part of the Paul Johnson Coaching Tree. Prediction: Bryan Cook will be next out the door as a result of Griffin and Lee's departure.

You know, we all thought that Al Groh was just being a bitter old fart when he dissed on CPJ after being fired. I am beginning to wonder now....

    Go JACKETS! THWG!

If the guys have a shot at better job then no sweat......just announce your desire to resign and leave with good relations with present staff intact.I am sure there is more to this but like Benghazi.......we may never know..Just seems funny to me both would go .

On the surface it looked like a great hire. Glad we got Roof (one of own) now
