    You be the AD

Don't ask how this happens, just accept that it did. You are athletic director and you have to fill a vacancy in our home schedule. You have three opportunities--Baylor, Maryland, and Western Carolina who wants $350K to come to Atlanta, the other two will be for free. The spot is the week before the Duke. Who do you sign up?

Such a no brainer. Maryland. The nincompoops who want to watch Baylor win 70-45 are insane.

Take Carolina and give the guys the jack.....this would keep us in shape for conference game.I would hold my nose up when i called them for the game but to me it would be a win and maybe keep us healthy for conference game.

Obviously, whats best for the program and the school is not necessarily whats best for the fans. The AD's priorities are split here. He (or she theoretically) needs to maximize ticket sales and keep the alumni happy, and playing more creampuffs will NOT accomplish that goal. They also want the team to be in the best competitive situation possible, so "padding" the schedule a bit DOES accomplish that goal. The situation is divergent. So what are Bobo's priorities? I would be torn over these two choices - I believe in both...

Lets just play Slippery Rock, get another no name win, then all the people sucking up to pj can say at seasons end, we ended with a winning record and got to another bowl.

This is hard...for reasons of our recent past I'd be tempted to pick Maryland...but let's go with Baylor.

12 out of 13. When will this stop?

I respect what your saying, but I wouldn't give Merryland the sweat off my balls. Wish Western Carolina was a BCS team. If they were, I'd pick them. I would have to pick Baylor, even if they did put a lot of points against us. I guess that makes me a nincompoop or a mow-ron.

If I didn't have such a grudge against them, they would a perfect happy medium. Glad I'm not the AD.
