    Sports hype.

A lesson in sports hype. Looks like Manti Te'o is not just smaller than advertised, but also a bit slower. And yet, he was all-everything, got votes in the Heisman and was annointed to be the next Derrick Brooks. Hats off to Notre Dame's stellar sports information machine. Only it looks like they might be busted on this one.

    Nuff said.

For what it's worth, he did have an incredible season, up until Alabama.

Wow, that's terrible. Two 300lb OL ran faster 40's along with 12 DL that tied or beat his.

Yes, he had a great season until he played an OL that was the closest to a NFL OL he would ever see in college.

He's the same size as Ogletree who ran a 4.62.

He may just be a tweener that doesn't quite fit the NFL's needs. Too small to be a thumper inside, too slow to defend in the passing game in a passing league.

Olgretree is also a moron who got a DUI right before the combine.

I'll take him in round 2 if available. And send Akeem Dent back to special teams!

You know he finished 2012 with 7 interceptions, right? As a freaking LB.

There are a lot of guys that aren't combine freaks, but still manage to play well. The guy plays smart football. Alabama exposed some weaknesses, but I don't think it's anything that's gonna end his career. The problem he had against Bama was wrapping up their freakish running backs. Which, honestly, everyone has trouble with, even other SEC teams. He had no problem getting into the backfield against them.

Thats impressive. I'm not saying his career is over. Just may not be round 1 material and he isn't as physically impressive as some had hoped. Maybe he can play smart and make up for it. Just not sure his "college game" is going to be the same as his NFL game as far as where he fits in on the D. Who knows. Wish him well.

    It gets worse!

Florio: NFL Teams Want To Know If Manti Te’o Is Gay - CBS Chicago

I bet he is queerer than a $3 bill (not that there he anything wrong with that). This whole hoax could only have happened to someone that didnt have strong "feelings" for women.
