Why didn't we go after him? He sounds like a real top notch guy.
I'm pretty sure I'm the youngest member of this forum...

Apparently there were some schools who though he was a winner -
"The 6-foot-4 defensive end was recruited by schools throughout the SEC, Big Ten and Big XII as well as Washington State.
Those schools were apparently not dissuaded from recruiting the defensive end despite a disturbing November incident in which he was arrested for marijuana possession and reacted so aggressively that he had to be tased by police officers."
I guess he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong crowd and just needed a 2nd chance...

Look on the bright side, 50 years from now when he finishes serving his time at 68 years old...
...he'll still have all 4 years of college eligibility left.In the past GT football has often been JUST GOOD ENOUGH TO BREAK YOUR HEART!
I believe we are on the way to getting where we all want to be - Win Championships, and be more competitive with UGa and Bowl Games.
QB's looking up, WR's coming along(?), Welcome CTR, CMP and new AD, We have some good recruiters with a good class coming, Stamps back to ST's, all 3 phases should be better this year than last. We have team speed to match anyone we play.
What's not to like?
