Look for Oregon to Make PJ an Offer

With Chip Kelly gone to the NFL, I would not be surprised if Oregon makes PJ an offer. With the amount of similarity in our schemes, he could install his system very quickly over there, have a high degree of success very quickly, and have a better shot at the Natty. PJ haters might get their wish soon...

They haven't announced it yet, though.

Yeah there's no way this happens. But no one would be happier than me if it did.

We've all seen what PJ can do with the right talent in his system, and Oregon has boat loads of it.

Seriously, think about it. Their QBs are already well-versed in option reads. Their linemen zone block all day. Their WRs are some of the best blockers in the business. They've got some of the fastest backs in the country. The only thing they're missing is the power B-Back. They already have a fantastic D-coordinator that PJ could leave alone. They have mobile QBs that can pass well. Seriously, PJ would be a good fit there.

What's more, the defenses on that side of the country are notoriously porous. If I were Oregon, I would offer PJ immediately.

What are you smoking? Our offense is very different from Oregon's. Those kids probably don't want to run his flexbone and I guaranty you their fans want none of it.

And PJ is barely .500 in the last 3 years. You get those jobs by doing more with less, not less with less.

CPJ will not leave GT before his contract is done. Leaving a school with time on the contract and no time to respond with the assistant coaches and players is unprofessional.

I sure don't want him to leave before 2016. Hopefully the team will get better and more of you will want him to stay.
