No worries.
Darius Commissiong:
Georgia Tech recruits react to firing of Al Groh | AJC College Sports Recruiting“But that’s the business aspect of college football, especially when things aren’t going as well as you would like. I think a big part of it was Clemson putting up 600 yards against them last week. I thought the defense was doing pretty well at the beginning of the season, then they got to the Miami game and lost to Middle Tennessee State. Those things piled up. You’ve got to make changes when they are necessary, and I understand that.”

If in pursuit of your destination, you plunge ahead, heedless of obstacles, and achieve nothing more than to sink in a swamp... What's the use of knowing True North?"

Still havent heard anything about Robbins. Any word on him from anyone, seems like Commisiong is still on board. Also, sounds like Damon Mitchell is still on board aparently Wisconsin didnt woo Mr. Mitchell too much.
i think kids are more inclined to jump ship if there's a wholesale change in the staff and there are no familiar faces. that makes total sense, IMO.
I'm more worried about the DC/Baltimore pipeline Groh established more than one or two current commits. There's a bunch of great players in that area that come from good schools so you know they have the academics and scores to get in here. Some of the best players on the team are from Groh's contacts (Louis Young, Jeremiah Attachou), and from a recent AJC article, kids in that area know about Groh as he's made his presence known to those kids for a while now:
Tech players had trust in Groh | Georgia Tech
Young was recruited to Tech by Groh, who had been following Young’s progress since he was a sophomore at Good Counsel in Olney, Md., and Groh was still coach at Virginia. Groh had been recruiting both Young and outside linebacker Jeremiah Attaochu to Virginia before he was fired at the end of the 2009 season. After Groh was hired at Tech in Jan. 2010, both ended up at Tech.
